There’s plenty to look forward to at Springfields . . starting this Saturday.

Costa, the UK’s favourite coffee shop chain is set to re-open the doors of its coffee shop at the Spalding-based outlet shopping park on Sat-urday, following a refurbish-ment that has seen the store transformed with brand new counters, tills, flooring and furniture.

To celebrate the new look Costa, the store will be running a number of promotion- in-store activities . . . plus children’s favourite Peppa Pig will be making personal appearances to keep the little ones entertained at regular intervals between 11am and 3pm.

Retail Director at Spring-fields Simon Stone said: “The new look Costa looks superb and I’m sure Peppa Pig will be a great hit with families on opening day. This is the latest in a recent line of new store openings and continued improvements to the centre which reinforce our commit-ment to ensuring that we are the region’s premier retail and leisure destination”.

The refurbishment is part of Costa’s continuous invest-ment in its coffee shops to ensure that they remain the place for customers to enjoy a great cup of coffee, in a warm and welcoming environment.

Leigh Calladine, regional manager in the Spalding area said “Our Springfields cafe is the perfect family destina-tion for a much needed break when out shopping therefore we wanted to continue to en-sure that our customers re-ceive great coffee within the best surroundings that Costa can offer.

“This store refurbishment has taken on board customer feedback in order to improve our customer’s overall expe-rience.”

Also on Saturday, re-nowned British angler Matt Hayes, who has been making TV programmes for the last 20 years, will be at Springfields for the opening of the Dragon Carp Direct outlet.

Matt is one of the UK’s most famous and recognisable anglers, and he is the current president of The Carp Society.

And looking further ahead, Springfields will host a live ac-tion firework theatre on Satur-day, November 1.

It will feature a specially made big screen movie, live stunt performances, choreographed fireworks set to blockbuster film music and the grand finale will see the Christmas lights switched on.
