Looking for Spalding-area dog-friendly restaurants

Where are the dog friendly restaurants in and around Spalding and South Lincolnshire?

In the summer school holidays, our family had a few days holiday at Polly Wiggle Cottage in Heacham.

It was advertised in Simply Spalding magazine as being pet friendly and it was a brilliant choice.

We liked it so much we went back for the recent October half term break.

The cottage has all you need, including lovely bed linen and spotlessly clean towels, and is in a great location to tour and explore Norfolk. Plus a secure garden for children and dogs.

The very helpful aide-memoir, left in the cottage for visitors, also includes information as to which restaurants/pubs in the area welcome dogs. We found this very helpful and it saved a lot of time hunting down places we could eat and take Evie.

Similarly, earlier in the year, we booked a lodge in Derbyshire and noticed most places we visited had a lot of pub restaurants and cafes which clearly indicated dogs were welcome.

For example, one day Joseph and myself were standing outside Subway in Ashbourne with Evie whilst the other family members went inside, and a member of staff came out to say we could take the dog in.

Now I realise not everybody wants to go out and eat in the presence of other people’s dogs. However, from time to time when we have family and visitors, we do like to include the dog.

Can anyone please let me have details of dog friendly restaurants/pubs in the area?
