A group of ladies have been hard at work joining in a 12-week fitness boot camp programme in Spalding.
Fitness instructor Zoe Myall has been running the open-air ladies only sessions each week from mid-May in Ayscoughfee Gardens. She has seen participants improving their cardio fitness, strength and endurance.
Zoe, who owns Give It Some Fizz Fitness, Sports and Education, said: “The sessions are for women of all abilities. We do the exercises as a circuit-style with 30-45 second bursts on each exercise. These include activities such as shuttle runs, squats with kettlebells, tricep bench dips, press ups and running through agility ladders.
“We keep the sessions fun and break up the circuits with a team game activity half-way through.”
