Leader of the South Holland District Council hits back at critic
I would like to take the opportunity to respond to some of the essay in last week’s Guardian written by the aspiring leader of the opposition.
I won’t respond to all of it for fear of taking up too much space in the paper and too much time of the readers.
His complaint was that the Cabinet could overturn the council, that’s not the case. The street art petition was heard at a council meeting because it was such a contentious issue, and the council had no policy.
