A mystery artist has been branded 'the knitting Banksy' after decorating a bus shelter with handmade flowers.
The knitted blooms were spotted in Towngate East in Market Deeping earlier this month by local man Chris Dixon, who praised the 'knitting Banksy' responsible for their community-spirited act.
He said: "This isn't the first time someone has done something like this - there were knitted bells put up for the Delaine bus drivers, and a display for NHS workers.
"It's a very nice thing to do because it brightens up the shelters a lot, and is a way to thank those who are putting themselves at risk to support us in the pandemic."
