Spalding school welcomes a fourth generation with baby Eva Rose
A baby born just before Christmas will be the fourth generation of the same family to go to a Spalding school.
Little Eva Rose Kingman arrived in the world on Saturday, December 21 and will follow in her mum Tori Grundy’s footsteps, after being enrolled at Ayscoughgfee Hall School within a day of the new term.
Former pupil Tori is also a teaching assistant at Ayscoughfee, whereher brother Joe, dad Nick and grandad John also attended.
Tori and her partner Danny were not the only parents registering their children at the school during its centenary year though, with several more already on the books
Head teacher Clare Ogden said: “We are always delighted when parents register their babies with us and this is particularly lovely since Miss Grundy herself came to the school, as did her brother Joe, her father and grandfather, making Eva the fourth generation to join us.”
