The leader of a charity committed to justice and human dignity is coming to Spalding next month.
Lyndon Bowring, executive chairman of Christian Action Research and Education (CARE) is the guest speaker at the annual Fenland Keswick Convention (FKC) to take place at Spalding Grammar School on Monday, May 2.

Rev Bowring, who last visited the event in 2012, has been CARE’s executive chairman since 1983 and is also an ordained minister with the Elim Pentecostal Church.
The theme of the convention is God’s Generous Justice and FKC chairman Andrew Heskin said: “We are very excited to have Lyndon coming to Spalding again in 2016 as we were richly blessed by his teaching in 2012,
“Lyndon is a superb speaker and his work through CARE gives him a unique insight into the issues facing Britain today.”
CARE is represented in the UK parliaments and assemblies, at the European Union in Brussels and the United Nations in Geneva and New York.
Fenland Keswick Convention has been held since 1967 and welcomes Christians from all denominations, with meetings at 3pm and 6pm on May 2.
