A ten-year-old boy from Sutton Bridge is feeling especially proud after completing the Brave to Shave challenge to raise money for a cancer charity.
Joshua Missin had all of his hair cut off in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support by stylist Megan Russell at the Bella Capelli salon yesterday.
His inspiration was his auntie, Eileen Shepherd, who lost her hair when she was being treated for cancer. Mum Robyn said: “His auntie was one of the first to message him congratulations on Facebook – she’s his inspiration. He’s very proud and he should be.”
So far Joshua – pictured with Joshua Alfie Muers, Riley Kobleck and Ava Missin – has raised £500. Support him at https://bravetheshave.org.uk/shavers/joshua-missin/
