Join Jerry Green Dog Rescue staff on a walk around South Lincolnshire to raise money

As a part of our World Animal Day fundraiser, we have organised a special social dog walk for you and your pooch!

Woofing Walkies will not only provide a chance for you and your dog to socialise with others but also to enjoy some stunning scenery.

We will be running a Woofing Walkies from our South Lincolnshire site at Algarkirk on Monday, October 4.

Join us on a rural walk through the stunning South Lincolnshire countryside .

Your guide will be Bev Hasler, our Dog Welfare Assistant / Grants and Trusts Fundraiser, is a true expert in all things dog related!

She will be on hand to answer any questions you have about your dog’s behaviour.

She will also be able to provide advice and support.

We kindly ask for a suggested donation of £5 per family.

This can include a maximum of four people (adults or under 12s) and four dogs.

Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult.

The walk will last for a minimum of one hour.

And after all that hard work, there will be treats at the end.

On your return refreshments will be provided - including tea, coffee and of course, cake!

So we don’t leave our lovely pooches feeling all envious, our doggy ‘pic and mix’ will be available for a suggested donation of just £1 per bag.

You will also get the opportunity to browse pre-loved items for sale and Jerry Green Dog Rescue merchandise at the site in Algarkirk.

If you have any questions about your dog’s suitability for Woofing Walkies please call us on 01652 657820.

Alternatively please email us at fundraising@jerrygreendogs.org.uk before booking your place.

If you would like to book tickets to Woofing Walks please visit our website www.jerrygreendogs.org.uk

Not only will this walk be good for you and your dog, it will also make a big difference to the work we do with the dogs.
