Spalding teenager is helping to raise awareness of Kids Out charity
A Spalding teenager will be helping to raise awareness about the work of a charity after being named a youth
Jake Winkett supported the Kids Out charity by helping to buy Christmas presents for less fortunate youngsters.
Now he has been asked to be an ambassador and will also be fundraising with a sponsored walk.
Jake said: “I will be doing some fundraising for them including a sponsored walk around the running track down the Castle Sports complex with my mum.
“I’d just like people to be more aware of what is going on around them and what people are going through.
“I am proud to be a youth ambassador as it is a big responsibility and I am looking forward to raising money for the charity to help fund fun things for the children and their families.”
