Anne Mews of Crowtree Wigwams, said: “We were initially approached to enter the South Holland Business Awards by the representative of the LAG for the local LEADER Wash Fens Development programme as it was felt it would be appropriate to have a business which had received funding represented in the nominations and it was fantastic that we actually went on to win.”

The Business Innovation of the Year category seeks to find the company that has introduced a new product or process, invention, idea or design that has made a significant contribution to the business.

Anne continued: “Since winning in 2018, we have certainly benefited from the publicity received on the back of the awards, this has boosted local recognition of the business which in turn has increased bookings meaning the need to expand our staff thus supporting the job market, locally.

“It’s very exciting times for us, as we have plans to expand the business over the next few years; initially to include an accessible cabin on site to encourage the less able to visit our part of Lincolnshire.”
