Music and sunshine were the order of the day in Holbeach on Sunday as hundreds enjoyed the annual Music in the Park event.
Around 1,500 people enjoyed the festivities at Carter’s Park, and the weather was lovely after last year’s heavy rains.
“It was a good day and it went very well,” said Dave Dougill of the organising committee.
“Last year’s weather might have put a few people off, but it was a lovely day this year with only one shower.”
Apart from the music, there was children’s entertainment, a bouncy castle, electric cars and stalls selling food and drink.
There was also a number of charity collections on the day, with youngsters trying to raise money for a skatepark in Holbeach netting £200.
“People enjoyed the music, especially later in the evening when the old-style rock bands took the stage,” added Mr Dougill.
