Spalding and Pinchbeck volunteers will be removing women's underwear which currently adorn a tree

Bra-ve volunteers who are keeping the Spalding area have a big job on their hands in removing underwear from a tree.

A tree close to the Pinchbeck Engine Museum is currently adorned withwomen's underwear for some reason.

The Wombles of Spalding Common, who have been helping to keep the town and its surrounding area tidy, are hoping to remove the bras and pants over the weekend along with litter picking the area.

Volunteers have reported that this section of land is covered in litter.

The Wombles started after Christmas and have more than 1,000 members.
