King's Lynn hospital which took part in coronavirus RECOVERY research project is delighted at treatment success
A hospital which has been working on a research trial to find a treatment for coronavirus has welcomed this week's results.
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in King's Lynn, has recruited 46 patients onto the Oxford University RECOVERY Trial.
Hospitals across the country are now using Dexamethasone after the trial found that this steroid had helped to reduce the number of deaths of patients on ventilators or requiring oxygen therapy.
