Holbeach councillor is "one woman powerhouse"

A “one-woman powerhouse” has received Rotary’s highest award for a non-member.

Holbeach Rotary Club presented Coun Tracey Carter with the Paul Harris Fellowship on behalf of The Rotary Foundation.

Club president Colin Scott said: “She is a one-woman powerhouse - she makes more things happen than any other five people I know.”

Tracey was recognised for her wide-ranging community service.

Coun Graham Rudkin and wife Carol were honoured for their years of work for Holbeach in Bloom and Holbeach Community Sports Academy for its services to young people.
