Have a go at running a class – for free!

Have your say

A RARE chance to see if other people are as enthusiastic about your hobby or skill as you are has come up.

South Holland Centre in Spalding is offering space to those who think they would like to run a class, at no cost. Those with a skill to share, a class they would like to run or an idea for a new activity, can test the market free of charge during the week beginning June 20. The large upstairs hall or smaller meeting rooms are on offer to trial things such as dance, drama, music, art or crafts.

Centre manager Sally Harrison said: “We want to support the development of new community activities, and where these taster sessions are successful, we can work with people to help promote and grow their classes or activities from the beginning of September.”

If you are interested in trialling your activity at the centre, contact Sally on 01775 764777 or email her on sharrison@sholland.gov.uk
