Spalding’s three secondary schools got together for the annual Year 11 prom on Friday evening.
Students from the Sir John Gleed, Spalding Grammar and Spalding High partied the night away at Springfields Exhibition Centre.
The theme, decided upon by the Year 11 prom committee students, was Gatsby and the exhibition centre looked amazing with a black and gold décor and decorations.
The student’s looked very glamorous in their ball gowns and evening suits and made spectacular entrances in every form of transport from classic cars to fire engines.
Entertainment for the evening was provided by local DJ Anthony Roofe, along with a selfie pod and candy bar.
The prom was a last event for all Year 11 students to be together and it was certainly a fantastic evening for all.
One of the organisers, Amanda Halifax, a teacher at the Sir John Gleed, said: “It was a wonderful evening and a great success and the venue looked amazing.”
