Grab a Jab service in Spalding on Saturday
People can get a first or second dose of the Covid vaccine in Spalding on Saturday.
A walk-in vaccination service will operate from Sheep Market Car Park from 11.30am to 3.15pm.
The 'Grab a Jab' service will offer the Pfizer and Astra Zeneca jabs and requires no prior appointment.
Patients are advised that this service will not offer booster jabs - and those requiring these doses will be contacted by the NHS to let them know of the arrangements when it's their turn.
Other than parts of the centre of Boston and Lincoln, Spalding has one of the lowest take ups of the vaccine in the county.
In Spalding North, 67.1% of adults have had their first dose and 62.4% have had both jabs. Those figures are 68.9% and 63.9% respectively for Spalding East.
In South Holland as a whole, 81.2% of people aged 16-plus have had their first dose and 76.6% have received both jabs. Nationally, the average is 89.4% and 81.9%.
