Diamond delight for Gosberton Good Companions




Gosberton Good Companions Club celebrated its 60th anniversary with a big party in the Public Hall.

The celebrations, attended by 64 members and friends of the club, began with a lovely buffet prepared by members of the Methodist Church.

Enjoyable entertainment was then given by Spalding U3A singing group with members of the audience joining in the songs. Keyboard player Jacqueline Kemp accompanied the singing.

A small auction was conducted by Les Stevenson followed by the grand raffle for which everyone had donated a prize. The hall had been beautifully decorated by Alva and Arthur Gold and Maxine Dobney.
