Funding for new rural projects

Have your say

RURAL communities are being offered a slice of a £5million fund to breathe life into their area.

The Big Lottery Fund is handing out between £10,000 and £30,000 to help start enterprises such as pubs, shops and broadband schemes to communities of less than 3,000 people.

Anyone interested should register at and read the guidance document about what can and cannot be funded.

The online entry form should be completed by October 20.
