Car fire in Deeping St James

An electrical fault in the engine compartment caused a car fire in Deeping St James yesterday (Saturday) morning.

A fire crew from Market Deeping attended Bridge Street at 8.34am and extinguished the blaze using a hose reel jet.

There was light fire damage to the engine compartment.
