New bakery in Crowland gets off to busy start as couple and staff keep up with demand




A couple are bringing a feelgood factor to Crowland where a new bakery has been doing brisk business during lockdown.

Robert and Janette Olive opened Trinity Bakery, in West Street, at the start of June after teasing potential customers with a series of updates on social media.

Three weeks later and trade shows no signs of slowing down as Trinity's range of bread, cakes, pastries and rolls have led to queues forming outside the shop, regardless of weather conditions.
