Lincolnshire Sports Sportivate Initiative and Spalding Health and Wellbeing CIC (SHAW) have launched exercise classes for 16-25 year olds in Spalding.

The sessions will take place at Tonic Health, 6 Broadgate House, Westlode Street and are set up to encourage young people to participate in sport.

Sessions will start the week beginning July 13 and continue for six or eight weeks, depending on the session.

You can get involved by contacting Spalding Health and Wellbeing on 01775 725059 and booking a place on your chosen course. As a result of the Lincolnshire Sport’s Sportivate funding, participants are only required to pay £2 per session. All sessions will be run from Tonic Health.

Sessions available are:

Short Circuits – a circuit session of different exercises to promote movement, and healthy exercise.

Multi – a selection of mixed exercises on offer for teenage girls only, including yoga and circuits.

Yoga - single sex yoga sessions suitable for those new to Yoga, with some experience, and those who play sport and are looking for something to aid in their training.
