The company also picked up silver in the Estate Agency of the Year Awards for companies with up to nine residential branches.

And they were awarded Supplier of the Year for Professional Support on behalf of Mortgage Advice Bureau who are a key supplier to the company’s financial services business.

Director Kevin Scrupps said: "It was a truly amazing event and picking up four awards was incredible. This is the second award in two weeks for being recognised as the best agent in the Midlands and we are overjoyed that our fantastic team and commitment to service is recognised by the judges.

"I am really pleased to have been awarded community champion of the year. This award acknowledges the fantastic work all our teams, their families and friends do in supporting our local communities."

Fellow director Paul Wood added: “Winning the Website of the Year was a fantastic achievement for our web developer Michael Cartwright and our design team. They have worked very hard producing a great website, allowing our technology to further enhance customer experience. Whilst it is critical to have a high street presence and great people, we have to develop cutting edge technology and provide 24/7 service."

The previous week saw Pygott & Crone win Best Agent in the East Midlands Region, at the Relocation Agent Network Awards in London, where they were also awarded the prestigious status of Platinum League membership.
