Householders in Algarkirk, Frampton, Kirton, Sutterton, Wyberton and other villages under Boston Borough Council control are being urged to safeguard their brown bins against loss or theft.

The bins, used for garden waste collections, should be marked with the house number or name so as to link it to your home.

This makes it easier to identify from a distance, increases bin security by deterring would-be thieves and ensures that the bin owner gets the season-long garden waste kerbside collection service they have paid for.
