Long Sutton Primary School pupils showed they know a thing or two about cricket when finishing first and second in a tournament.
Long Sutton A beat Long Sutton B by just four runs in the final of a kwik cricket competition held at the Peele Community College in the town.
The primary schools contest was part of the National School Games initiative, which is a legacy of the 2012 Olympic.
Seven teams and over 70 students took part and games were played in a fantastic spirit.
The standard of play was high and the students really enjoyed the day.
GCSE PE students from The Peele did brilliantly acting as coaches, umpires and officials to ensure the day ran smoothly.
Other teams came from Gedney Church End, Lutton and Westmere Sutton Bridge.
