Gosberton Clough and Risegate Dee Williamson wins Support Staff of the Year Award

LEARN MOREA woman who is the backbone of a primary school has been honoured with the Support Staff of the Year award.
Wonder woman Dee Williamson is an important part of Clough and Risegate Primary School in Gosberton running everything from the breakfast club to greeting children at the gate and milk allocation.
And she does it all with a smile on her face.
Dee, who has worked at the school for eight years, said of the award: "I feel amazing. I am busy all the time but I love my job.
"The kids are amazing and the people I work with are great.
"I know the parents and they say that they know they can come to me."
The award was sponsored by Calthrops Solicitors and partner Craig Delaney presented the award.
He said: "Support staff are very often the unsung heroes. All of you with the benefit of support staff will agree that there is a lot you wouldn't be able to do without them.
"This was a really difficult category and any of you could have won."
Runners-up were Jayne Knight of Spalding High School and Steph Bradshaw from Kirton Primary School.
