Customers calling the CallConnect bus service will now find it even easier to book the journey they need.
The award-winning service has unveiled improvements to its telephone system which mean customers can be served more efficiently and effectively.
The upgrade makes it is easier for callers to access the service they require. When using the call-back service, customers also no longer need to manually enter their phone number as this will be identified automatically.
The new options that callers will hear are:
Option 1 – for emergencies and service information
Option 2 – for cancellations
Option 3 – for same-day journey requests only
Option 4 – for a week ahead requests only
Option 5 – for all other booking requests
Option 6 – for enquiries and new registrations
