A fun day is in store for visitors to the Classic and Vintage Vehicle Show in Dawsmere this Saturday (June 27).

Organised by the Gedney Drove End and Dawsmere Royal British Legion branch, the show will feature everything from ‘tractors to Daimlers’, face-painting, a bouncy castle, Tarot reading, a wood-turner – and snakes and reptiles.

If weather permits there will also be a Battle of Britain Memorial Spitfire Flypast.

Looking forward to the busy day, branch secretary Sue Mitchell said: “We may be a tiny branch but we like to punch above our weight.”

The show runs from 10.30am to 4.30pm at the Old School Field in Dawsmere. Entry is free.
