CROWLAND Wildlife Group is holding at talk by Stan Pywell, engineer to the board of Welland and Deepings Internal Drainage Board on tomorrow at 7.30pm in the library. Refreshments available. Admission free.
WALKING for Health group walks every Wednesday from the library. It is free, is very sociable and helps to keep you fit. The walk takes about an hour and is about two miles. GOSBERTON Churches Together have a Walk of Witness on Good Friday meeting outside the Baptist Church at 10.30am, walking round the village following the cross and finishing at St Peter and St Paul’s for refreshments around noon.

EASTER services at St Gilbert and St Hugh’s Church begin on Good Friday, March 29, at 2pm with a Service of the Cross. This is a service of prayers and readings recalling the final hours up to the crucifixion. On Easter Day Holy Communion is at 6pm
ON Easter Saturday St Margaret’s Church in Quadring has an Easter candlelight vigil at 8pm. This is a service of Easter hymns and prayers by candlelight.
HOLY Communion at the Gosberton Risegate Methodist Church on Easter Sunday is at 10.30am.
GOSBERTON Clough Methodist Church is the venue for a united meal with the three Gosberton Methodist Churches on Maundy Thursday, March 28 at 7pm.

THE new youth club is now fully active, and runs sessions for seven-11-year-old ‘juniors’ and 12 and over ‘seniors’ on Thursdays, weekly, in the Jubilee Room at the Curlew Centre. Junior sessions run 6-7 pm, with the senior sessions 7-9pm. Please encourage the youngsters to come along and give it a try.
THE Family Get2gether this Sunday, at 11am at St John the Baptist Church, will include an ‘extreme word search’, as well as singing by members of the Community Choir. Anyone of any age is welcome at this informal gathering, during which refreshments will be served.
