It’s carnival time in Market Deeping on Sunday when the Deeping Lions and Rotary Club put on their annual event.
The annual, free-to-enter Deepings Carnival will kick off with a parade of vintage cars, motor bikes and cycles from The Deeping Leisure Centre (11am) to the John Eve Field.
That will be followed (noon onwards) by a funfair, craft stalls, a beer and wine tent and live music on stage.
A car boot sale will run on the Glebe Field from 9am.
The organisers promise various events in the arena such as a Bonnie Baby Competition, dog agility with first-class dog training, the Harmony Majorettes, a karate display, tug-of-war, an art and photography exhibition, and static model aircraft.
