A WOMAN accused of allowing her dog to be dangerously out of control will have her case heard in crown court.

Sarah Lake (54), of Main Road, Gedney Drove End, appeared at Spalding Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday for a committal hearing relating to four offences.

The first charge relates to her dog allegedly being dangerously out of control and injuring Jan Simmons in Main Road, Gedney Drove End, on April 2.

Three other charges, where no injury was caused, are said to have taken place on West Bank, Sutton Bridge, on January 1.

Magistrates committed the case to Lincoln Crown Court, where Lake is now due to appear on September 30.
