Sutton Bridge prisoner charged with burglary
A Sutton Bridge man, who is a serving prisoner, faces a court date next month over burglary offences, along with a co-accused youth.
Stuart Paul Ashby (41), of Princes Street, is charged with three counts of burglary of outbuildings in Chapelgate, Sutton St James, on November 3, 2018. He is also accused of theft from a motor vehicle in Sutton St James on the same date.
Boston Magistrates’ Court was told on Wednesday that Ashby, who did not appear, was in custody.
A 16-year-old boy appeared on an identical set of charges and the case against both defendants was adjourned to December 18.
The court made an order preventing identification of the youth.
