Two men have been fined a total of £1,641 after they were found in Whaplode St Catherine with the intention of hare coursing.
Denny James Loveridge (36) of Slough, Berkshire, and Philip Marsh (44) of Ramsbottom, Bury, Lancashire, were convicted by Boston magistrates last Thursday. The pair were convicted of trespassing in the pursuit of game after being caught in Whaplode St Catherine on October 21, 2015.
Marsh. who appeared at court in person, was fined £903, while Loveridge was found guilty in his absence and fined more than £738.
