A man stole a £9.99 hooded top from Spalding’s Store Twenty One and left with it under his clothing.
Kamil Wozniak was seen later wearing the top by a police officer who arrested him, magistrates heard.
Paul Wood, prosecuting, said the theft happened on September 12 but Wozniak has since been dealt with by a court for two subsequent thefts.
Solicitor Rachel Stevens, mitigating, says Wozniak maintains he has learned his lesson and won’t be in court again.
Wozniak (20), of Edinburgh Drive, Spalding, was conditionally discharged for 12 months and must pay £9.99 compensation with £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
