A 42-year-old man is on police bail after being arrested in connection with raids on cash machines outside shops in Kirton and Market Deeping.

The man from Leicester was arrested and interviewed by Leicestershire Police last Thursday in relation to raids last year at Co-op stores in Station Road, Kirton, on October 1 and Godsey Lane, Market Deeping on November 11.
Detectives are investigating other raids in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Humberside, with each raid involving a mechanical digger used to pull ATM machines out of walls outside the supermarkets.
