Eight men charged in connection with an illegal rave near Bourne earlier this year are due in court next month.

Kyle Perrot (19) of Nursery Close, Long Sutton, Ashley Box (20) of Daniels Crescent, Long Sutton, and Joshua Lake (21) of Baulkins Drove, Sutton St James, are each charged with causing a public nuisance and possession of criminal property.

The three men appeared before Grantham magistrates last Monday, along with Mark Payne (37) of Washway Road, Holbeach, Liam Robinson (21) of Park Lane, Long Sutton, and Luke Onslow (22) of Gedney Drove End.

Payne, Robinson and Onslow each face a charge of causing a public nuisance, as does Sam Curtis (22) of King’s Lynn and Matthew Wilds (21) of Metheringham.

All the men are alleged to have been involved in an illegal rave on farmland in Fen Road, Dowsby, on January 25 and 26.

They are due to appear again before Boston magistrates on November 19.
