THE Spalding Magistrates’ Court sitting for Thursday, November 10 has been cancelled and a court will be held instead at Skegness.

Deputy justices’ clerk for Lincolnshire Mark Chamberlain described the move as a “one off” and said courts do occasionally move depending on where the greatest workload is.

He said: “We do move other courts around the county. Sometimes Lincoln courts will move to Spalding – it’s just an operational thing.”
