DRINK driver Slawomer Rytel (53) was banned from driving for 20 months after Spalding magistrates heard he had 79 microgrammes of alcohol in breath – more than double the limit – in North Road, Bourne, on September 24.

Rytel, of Vere Road, Peterborough, can cut five months off the ban if he completes a rehabilitation course. He was also fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
