Police in Market Deeping are asking for help to find a handbag lost in the town on Wednesday.
The handbag was at the bottom of a pushchair before it fell off in Wellington Way, near Towngate East and Halfleet, at about 6pm.
The owner didn’t notice it was missing until a few minutes later when she retraced her steps, but the bag wasn’t found.
Police believe it was picked up by another person and the bag contains a large quantity of prescription medication, including Pregabilin, Valium, Zolpiden, Sertrilan, Diazepam, Selatapram, Metazapine, and Lamoprizol.
The handbag is described as black fabric, approximately 30cm x 25cm, with zips and the letter “G” on the front.
Anyone with information should call PC Oakes at Bourne Police Station on 101, quoting incident 51 of April 2.
