They face nine identical charges relating to offences alleged to have taken place between March 2004 and June 2010.
These include three charges of producing cannabis at an address in Bridge Road, Little Sutton, two of producing the drug at an address near King’s Lynn and two charges of supplying cannabis to persons unknown.
Another charge relates to having £20,000 in cash in their possession on June 10, 2010, while the purchase of the house in Kenya is alleged to have taken place between January and December 2009.
Mr Foster and Mrs Cooper were both given conditional bail.
