Award for south Lincolnshire nature reserve
Positive visitor reviews have earned a south Lincolnshire nature reserve an award for the 6th year in a row.
The RSPB’s nature reserve at Frampton Marsh, near Boston, has won a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
The accolade is awarded by the independent review site TripAdvisor.com to those attractions, accommodation and restaurants which consistently receive positive reviews from members of the public.
The Frampton Marsh nature reserve attracted nearly 60,000 visits last year, with visitors travelling from across the country to experience the close views of wildlife and fun family activities.
The TripAdvisor website currently lists Frampton Marsh as being the top tourist attraction in Boston.
Chris Andrews, visitor experience Manager for the reserve, said “It is wonderful to once again win this award. We love that so many people come to see some of the best of Lincolnshire’s wildlife, and have a great time here. It is incredibly rewarding to hear how much everyone enjoys visiting.“
RSPB Frampton Marsh is signposted off the A16, five miles south-east of Boston. There are toilets (including baby-changing facilities) and a self-service catering area with snacks and hot and cold drinks. The visitor centre is open 9:30am to 4pm (5pm at weekends and bank holidays).
