Spalding area Heather Walker shares how she is still motivated while the gyms are closed

I hope that this blog finds everyone fit and well - both mentally and physically. After many weeks of lockdown we are slowly starting to creep back towards some kind of normality, which is something many of us have craved.

This situation has tested us all on many different levels including highlighting what’s important and what’s not as important. And one of the top things that people now list is health and fitness. Our health is our wealth and fitness not only does us good physically but it also makes a huge difference to our mental health.

Throughout this lockdown some people have upped their own fitness routine and made it a priority. That is great to see and something I hope that everyone manages to make time for once our busy lives resume.
