WOMEN in Spalding are being encouraged to take part in a ten-week adult education course to learn about how to make healthy lifestyle choices.
The Drop a Dress Size course is being run by Lincolnshire Sports Partnership, as part of GROW, a Lincolnshire County Council scheme to improve lifelong learning among people aged 19 plus in Lincolnshire.
Held at The Fitness Company in Spalding, it will be possible for women to try a wide range of activities to improve fitness, such as toning, exercise to music and abdominal exercises.

The course will combine physical activity taster classes with nutrition support and costs £30. There are two courses, one starting on Tuesday, April 17 in the morning and the other beginning on Thursday, April 19 in the evening.
