Celebration pays homage to the county sausage

Lutton held its 20th annual sausage supper and raised £818 for village hall funds.

The evening, to celebrate the Lincolnsire sausage, was held as usual at the Jolly Crispin pub and was a sell-out.

Eighty people attended and enjoyed sausages supplied by H Dawson and Sons of Boston. The accompanying potatoes and vegetables were supplied by the pub, who also cooked the food.

Gâteaux were supplied by Neil and Ann Wright.
