Donington services are at breaking point, planners at South Holland District Council are told
Councillors were told that health and education services in Donington were at ‘breaking point’.
South Holland District Council’s Planning Committee was told that the village’s schools and surgeries were full during a debate on reducing the contributions made by Ashwood Homes for a Donington development.
The developer received planning permission in November last year to build 136 dwellings, garages and sewers for a site in Towndam Lane.
