THERE was something for everyone at a busy Bourne Christmas Market on Saturday.
Organised by the town’s retail traders, headed by Gordon Cochran, the event offered a fun fair, a continental market and loads of entertainment.
Stalls sold a wide range of goods and children were able to visit Santa in his grotto at The Angel Hotel.
Gordon, who runs Gordon’s Photographic Studio in North Street, said: “The event went fantastically well.
“There were more than 1,000 people there at one time and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
“Lots of people have been popping into the shop to say thanks, so all the hard work has been really appreciated so it makes it worthwhile.
“All the stallholders seemed to have a good day.”
