Gedney Parish Church put on a fashion show for more than 150 guests to raise money for new doors and its continued upkeep.
The latest styles from Sheila Tiller Fashions of Long Sutton, run for nearly 40 years by Sheila and her daughter Elaine Tunnard, were paraded a collection of models throughout the evening.
There is also a talk by Elaine on “How to Dress and How to Wear It”, with the event raising £1,750 for St Mary Magdalene Church, Gedney, and pictured inside the church are models Sue Mason, Elaine Tunnard and Faye Cooley.
Mandy Cole, one of the organisers, said: “The guests were greeted with Prosecco (Italian white wine) and canapes before Elaine gave us a talk and demonstration with models.
“We’re over the moon with the amount raised and we’re very grateful to Elaine and Sheila Tiller who gave up their time, free of charge.”
