People can find out the latest timetables and information, pick up taster bus tickets and even enter a competition.
The campaign, which runs until Saturday, July 4, sees Lincolnshire County Council working in partnership with Stagecoach, Brylaine Travel, PC Coaches, Centrebus and CallConnect to run roadshow and events across the county.
Andy Smith, commercial manager for Stagecoach East Midlands, said: “Using the bus is a way of not only saving money but it also helps the environment.
“Catch The Bus Week is a great way of promoting this to shoppers and travellers.”
On Monday, CallConnect passengers can buy a return journey ticket for the price of a single ticket (subject to service availability).
Meanwhile on Saturday, July 4, all CallConnect journeys will be absolutely free and can be booked from tomorrow (Saturday).
Coun Richard Davies, Lincolnshire County Council’s executive member for highways and transportation, said: “The bus is an affordable and accessible form of transport, as well as a great and easy way to travel.
“We hope to encourage many more people to travel by bus during Catch the Bus Week and hopefully change their travel habits for the long term.
“With free bus travel on offer, we are sure that some people will be converted.”
