Time is running out fast for businesses in South Holland hoping to enter this year’s Business Awards.
Entries close on Friday for the chance to be a winner at the gala, black-tie event being held at Springfields Events and Conference Centre on Thursday November 20 at 7pm.
But there is still an opportunity for your business to be considered in one or more of the six categories to be judged - Apprentice of the Year, Support in the Community, Customer Care, Business Innovation, Small Business and finally Business of the Year.
Phil Scarlett, president of Spalding and District Area Chamber of Commerce, hosts of the award along with Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “The South Holland Business Awards are considered to be one of the most hotly contested events of its kind in the county and it’s an opportunity for your business to be recognised for its success.
“We know there are businesses out there who should be entering and haven’t done so yet, but the deadline is on Friday.
“South Holland’s business community has a lot to celebrate, so it’s only right that our awards ceremony is returning for a second year and we are encouraging as many businesses as possible to enter.
“I’d like to thank all the sponsors who have helped make it possible and would encourage anyone thinking of entering to take the plunge.”
Application forms are available by emailing enquiries@Lincs-Chamber.co.uk.
Businesses can enter in a maximum of three categories, but only if they operate in the South Holland area.
Tickets for the event, including a three-course meal and trade exhibition, are £22 for chamber members and £27 for non-members.
